Will I have nightmares after playing an escape room?
Maybe... depends on which game you play, and your tolerance...
Santa's Cottage is unlikely to cause nightmares for most people. It is a wholesome, brightly lit, fun and friendly game for all ages.
Atomement is an unsettling game with; low lighting, deralict vibes, creepy dolls and music. It may cause nightmares if you're skittish... so beware.
The Executioner's Toolshed however, is the most likely to cause night terrors. It is completely dark, you begin handcuffed and blindfolded, and there is a live actor jumpscare. Not for the faint of heart, proceed with caution.
Are we being watched? What's the debrief about?
Yes... we are watching, always. Taking notes on your team, helping you, tormenting you...
Our game masters are dedicated to your team. They watch carefully for the duration of your game, ready to help when asked, or to throw a spanner in the works if they're feeling cheeky...
While you play, your game master is taking notes on; your progress, who did what, funny quotes, reactions, and lots more.
After your game, your game master will go over all your notes with you, and laugh together with the team as they re-live their experience.

How much time do we have?
Your game goes for 60 minutes, but we recommend you allow at least an hour and a half for your experience.
There is more to your experiece than only the escape rooms.
At Seraphim Escape, we take the time to get to know each of our escapees by name. We perform your briefing, then you will enter your game with 60 minutes to escape.
After your game, your team will recieve a detailed debrief from your game master, then take a photo, before collecting your belongings and heading back into the real world.
We recommend that you allot an hour and a half for your escape room expeince.
Are the escape rooms wheelchair accessible?
Although our games are able to accommodate wheelchairs, there is a set of stairs to enter the building. We have had people in wheelchairs play before, as long as there is a way to get them up and down the stairs.
Is there an age limit?
People of any age can play our games, however if there are escapees under 14, then there must be an accompanying adult.
For younger teams with an adult, the adult is included in the total number of players in the game.
In Santa's Cottage, players under 7 are FREE, with a minimum cost of $130.

What happens if we don't escape on time?
Metaphorically, of course...
If you do not escape on time, your game master will debrief your team, then go through each of the puzzles that you didn't complete so that you can understand how the game ends.
There are two parking spaces at our venue on Prasser Lane.
If those parks are taken, there are plenty more parking spaces next door at Coles.
Can we ask for hints?
Yes, you can ask for a hint at any time throughout your game.
There is not shame in asking for help!
Each of our games has a hint button that sends a message to our game masters right away. You'll recieve a hint via a message on the computer screen in the room, and you can ask for as many hints as you require.
Where can I get a bite to eat after my escape room?
Ungermann Brothers is a locally owned and operated business located in the heart of Ipswich.
All of the gourmet flavours are prepared in house using locally sourced ingredients.
What time should we arrive for our escape room?
Please arrive 15 minutes early for your booking.
When teams arrive 15 minutes early, there is plenty of time to: pay, go to the bathroom, fill out waivers, and ask any question before your game. This helps everything run smoothly, and ensures we get you into your game on time.
Is Seraphim Escape really haunted?
